Please note: As stated above this is in relation to only the Fed Hill location and not to the Fells Point one.
This restroom is a bit different than your run of the mill bar/resto potty stop. There is one ladies private room and one co-ed private room. The flooring is a nice tile as well as the walls. In the rooms you’ll be greeted with a large wall to wall chest up mirror for checking out your hair or making funny faces. This mirror is not friendly to those who are vertically challenged or shorter persons in general. Now here’s for the “different” part, the sinks/napkins are outside of the private room/stall. By outside I mean basically in the open where the rest of the bar/resto patrons can see you. This is good and bad. For one you can tell when someone does wash their hands. For two you can tell when someone does not wash their hands and for three if you have any weird washing hands/ post bathroom habits (e.g. brushing teeth) this IS NOT the place to do them. Take care of those in the large mirror in the bathroom.
For those who decide to go upstairs, there is a single private room stall thing up there too. I would not suggest using it and it is not claustrophobic friendly. The only good thing about the upstairs bathroom is that the sink is inside but it also the size of a restaurant bread plate. Go downstairs and wash your hands out in the open like everyone else.
Unless you’re in Fed for a major bar crawl/event ABB is mostly a resto and the bathroom line should be short, if existent at all. This also means no worries on TP, Paper towels or soap
Powder Room rating 7/10– washing hands outside is weird!
